8. How much
time do you take to deliver after the payment has been made?
Our goal at Gulistan Flowers & Gifts is to ensure
delivery on the chosen day. We understand that you would want your gift
delivered on someone's birthday and not a day later so we make sure that we
meet the Preferred Delivery Day Deadline. We generally need 1-2 days (depend
on delivery areas) to process the order and ensure that happens, but in case
you happen to be late, we will try hard make sure that the delivery can take
place within 24 hours at no extra charge.
9. Where in Delhi can you deliver?
We do deliver Delhi municipal limits and
beyond the limits out city towns Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad etc.i
10. What is the mode of delivery?
All Gift Items are delivered personally by them
to the address.
11. How do I know that gift has been delivered?
We send you an e-mail confirming delivery after it has been done. If the
recipient has sent a feedback, this will be included in the e-mail.
12. Can I send some message with the gift?
Yes, you can send your message with the gift. We will send your message in a
FREE greeting card along with the gift.
13. Are there any hidden costs such as delivery
charges, taxes etc.?
The price is inclusive of all.
14. What if you don't deliver or deliver late?
If you give us adequate time to process your order it will not be late. This
can only happen due to forces beyond our control such as riots,
transportation strikes and situations beyond our control. Another common
reason this happens is when the recipient of the gift is not at home, or
his/her address has changed. We will cooperate with you to rectify this
situation if it does occur. Please note our maximum liability is the refund
of the purchase price, if the fault is due to Guliastan Flowers & Gifts.
15. Do you deliver on Sundays?
Yes 365 days. Such as riots, transportation strikes and any other situations
may be not served.
16. What is your refund policy?
Once an order is booked it cannot be cancelled. If we have not processed the
order it can be cancelled with a 10% service fee.
